Over the course of 12 months, you'll immerse yourself in a structured development programme designed to provide practical insight into life as a civil engineer and support your journey toward becoming a Chartered professional.You'll work alongside one of our specialist engineering teams on live projects, gaining a solid foundation in engineering principles and a clear understanding of what drives our business and how we deliver exceptional results.We're looking for enthusiastic candidates currently in their third year of a Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering degree.
