Roads Associate: Lead Design, Delivery & Client Growth

WSP is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join the Roads team based in Birmingham. You will support the Regional Director and oversee multi-disciplinary projects while developing strong client relationships and managing project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of civil engineering experience, have proven leadership skills, and be a Chartered Civil Engineer. This role demands expertise in relevant design software and the ability to manage change effectively.
