Road Sweeper Drivers needed in County Cork, Ireland

Job Details

The employing company offers unparalleled services in road planing and sweeping and is considered a quality organization to work for. Operating a modern fleet of Johnston VT651 vehicles, the company has become a national market leader.

For international applicants who require sponsorship, a work permit will be provided.

Pay Rates

• 15.50 gross per hour for 39 hours
• Overtime after 39 hours 18.50 per hour

The Role

Working Days: Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Driving company road-sweepers in line with Irish road regulations
• Sweep roads, footways and other areas, following scheduled routes
• Report work progress to the depot manager on completion of tasks
• Carry out other duties as requested

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience driving C-class vehicles or above
• Hold a full clean class C driving license. (For international applicants, a transfer of driving license will be required within a year of arrival in Ireland)
• Ability to verbally communicate in English
• Good time management skills
