Road & Air Freight Operation and customer services

We are seeking an experienced Road & Air Freight Operator to manage import and export shipments while delivering a premium white glove customer service experience.

• Handle end-to-end road and air freight shipments (import & export)
• Arrange collections, deliveries, and customs clearance
• Liaise with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customers
• Prepare shipping documentation (AWBs, CMRs, invoices, etc.)
• Provide proactive updates and resolve shipment queries
• Ensure compliance with customs and company procedures

• Minimum 2 years' freight forwarding experience (road and/or air)
• Strong knowledge of UK import/export procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
