Job Description
Barchester care home in Newark-on-Trent is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. You will support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure high care standards, and drive audits, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
You must be an NMC-registered nurse (RN/RMN) with mentoring/supervision qualifications, plus HR, sales/marketing, budget management experience, and a track record in safeguarding and preceptorship support.
