Job Description
Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT is seeking a Physical Health and Wellbeing Nurse RMN to carry out health and wellbeing assessments and interventions across clinic, community, and home settings. You will work with patients experiencing First Episode Psychosis or At Risk Mental State and supervise Band 3 Health Care Assistants while promoting high standards of patient care.
You will support medicines management, liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to staff health
