Rituals at Bluewater is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, develop staff, and maintain a vibrant store environment. Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and inspire team members to achieve sales targets.
• Implement local business strategies in collaboration with Area Manager.
• Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs and develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
• Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and team celebrations.
• Lead by example with strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills.

What we are looking for:

• Prior Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality.
• Proven people management skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and team inspiration.
• Experience developing others and driving behavioural change through knowledge sharing.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• High energy, collaborative attitude with a focus on team success.
