Risk & Compliance Lead - Client Onboarding & KYC/AML

Schillings seeks a Risk & Compliance Executive to strengthen onboarding, KYC/AML policy development and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager and focuses on onboarding clients and third parties efficiently while maintaining high standards of risk management.

The successful candidate will drive policy development, monitor sanctions and regulatory changes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver robust risk controls and training.
