# RFP Analyst at Description Job Description Primary Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating and completing RFPs, due diligence, ESG questionnaires and requests from EMEA and other international based client coverage channels Work closely with colleagues within the Global RFP team to ensure deadlines are met while following the team's multi-step RFP process Collaborate with senior client coverage, investment team and Subject Matter Experts colleagues throughout the firm to craft RFP responses Maintain and improve the database of EMEA answers Coordinate and collaborate on strategic RFP projects to improve our messaging and integrate automation/AI within the team's processes Key Requirements / Qualifications (essential unless stated) University graduate (IMC or CFA qualification is preferable) 2 years' experience in a dedicated RFP role Broad market knowledge across asset classes, experience covering fixed income required Experience writing/ rewriting compelling, client centric RFP responses required Experience using Qvidian is a plus, keen interest in technology and AI Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively with senior investment professionals and subject matter experts Excellent team player, ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and independently Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
