RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer for Sub-THz SoC

University College Dublin invites applications for a temporary RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer within UCD School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The role executes circuit design, full-custom layout, and block-level integration of sub-systems for a next-generation sub-THz transceiver SoC, collaborating with RF, analog, digital and validation teams.

Reporting to the Principal Investigator, you will mitigate parasitics, perform EM modeling, and drive full block layout and post-layout
