RF & Sensing Growth Lead - Commercial Sales

Plextek, based just south of Cambridge, seeks a Business Development Lead to drive growth in RF systems, sensing, and radar markets. You will identify opportunities, engage customers, qualify leads, and close sales in a highly technical B2B environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/physics background, 10+ years in business development, and a proven ability to close £1m+ in new orders annually, while building strategic customer relationships.
