RF-2605-42 - Cleaning Operative

Mount Charles Group is one of the largest and privately owned soft Facilities Management, catering and ancillary service/product providers in Ireland. We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team covering the Lisburn area. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 am - 03:00 pm
• Full training will be provided

• Provide the highest level of housekeeping/cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the client's specifications
• Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional and courteous manner
• Carry out general cleaning services to include offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide
• Replenish all stocks in your area of responsibility
• Carry out regular checks on equipment and machines used during hours of work and leave all equipment clean
• Ensure all offices, toilets and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards
• Comply with all HACCP regulations where necessary
• Follow procedures for the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials
• Report defective equipment, utensils, work or floor surfaces or any other health and safety issues
• Plan daily cleaning routes to ensure efficient travel between multiple sites
• Maintain a schedule to meet cleaning deadlines and client expectations
• Prioritise tasks based on site requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous work experience in customer service employment
• Current BICS qualifications
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential
• Full clean driving licence
• Access to own transport
