Job Description

Working Pattern

35 hours per week, five days per week, shifts between 3:30 am and 11 pm.

The Role
  • Ensure the service achieves maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibility for all aspects of the service and team whilst on shift.
  • Work with the site manager to review and plan for service.
  • Ensure all bookwork is completed within agreed timescales and company requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Implement staff training as required per company procedures.
  • Ensure all HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation requirements are always adhered to.
The Person
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, deal with issues as they arise, and contribute in all areas of service.
  • The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail.
  • To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect.
  • Statutory training for the role will require basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day to day basis.
