We are recruiting a Catering Manager to join our team based at Moy Park Craigavon.

The Role

• Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, adhering to HACCP regulations if required.
• Prepare and ready the service counter for service.
• Provide the highest level of customer service consistently to all facility users.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver service on time and to the highest standard.
• Complete required administration such as recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, and recording daily sales figures.
• Handle bookwork procedures in line with company requirements: purchasing, cash handling, banking, and managing the weekly estimated trading account (ETA).
• Report defective equipment, utensils, and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
• Execute opening and closing of all food outlets according to company procedures.
