Our client is an international organisation.MissionsThe Rewards & Talent Manager plays a strategic and operational role in shaping the foundation's global People & Culture landscape. This position leads the design and evolution of the total rewards framework and contributes to building a future?focused talent strategy. We will start with a 6 month mission.Rewards & Talent Manager for 6 monthsOur client is an international organisation.Missions1. Compensation & RewardsDesign and implement the global compensation framework, including banding, job evaluation methodology, and benchmarking.Develop the architecture for a Performance?Based Compensation Framework.Lead the FY27 compensation benchmarking exercise across global locations.Support salary review cycles, job evaluations, and remuneration processes.Conduct compensation modelling, scenario planning, and cost analyses.Ensure compensation changes are correctly reflected in HRIS and payroll.Collaborate with P&C Operations to review payroll accuracy and compliance.2. Project Management & Strategic InitiativesSupport and coordinate P&C projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.Lead the high?visibility project related to new Board Member appointments.Prepare high?quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership audiences.Analyse project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.3. Talent Management & Workforce PlanningCo?develop a holistic talent and succession framework.Identify capability and talent gaps in partnership with the Leadership Team.Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Development through workforce insights.Maintain an updated workforce plan, including aligned cost forecasting and productivity/ROI reporting.4. People Data, Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare People & Culture reports for governance bodies.Maintain dashboards and people metrics (headcount, turnover, compensation, recruitment, etc.).Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data for reporting and audits.Translate data insights into recommendations for leadership decision?making.5.
