Rewards & Benefits Architect

United Infrastructure is seeking a Rewards and Benefits Partner to support pay, incentives, and pensions decisions across the business. You will work with HR and leaders to benchmark salaries, maintain pay structures, and administer benefits with multiple providers.

In this role you will analyse data, prepare insights and reports, and help ensure governance and compliance while delivering fair, market-aligned reward solutions that support organisational goals.
