Join our Reward team to shape how we attract, retain and motivate our people through meaningful reward programmes that reflect our values, drive performance and enhance employee engagement. You will report to the Head of Reward and work closely with the Reward Operations Team and HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional reward programmes across the business. Our team provides expert advice and guidance tailored to various functional areas, helping leaders make informed decisions and ensuring reward initiatives align with the organisation's goals.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development and implementation of the Reward strategy and execute tactical reward activities.
  • Lead core reward activities such as annual merit reviews, bonuses, recognition programmes, equal pay audits, salary surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking, and out-of-cycle pay proposals for your functional area.
  • Lead Reward projects and initiatives, contribute to policy development, pay guidelines and procedures, and provide research, analysis, and operational support to various functions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making; advise leadership and HRBPs on pay decisions and policy interpretation; address compensation-related queries from managers.
  • Provide guidance on benefits, share schemes and pension matters; participate in the Pensions & Benefits Governance Committee; collaborate with Internal Communications to design and deliver reward-related communications and training materials.
Requirements of the Role
  • What You'll Bring to the Role: Prior experience managing compensation and benefits activities within a multinational business and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) on a daily basis.
  • Proactive, able to act on own initiative with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR frameworks and tools, particularly related to job structure, sizing, and evaluation; Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyse and translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making; communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to contribute to our collaborative environment.
Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role is based in Luton and is 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and spend 60% of our time in the office each month.
