Reward Manager

About the Role:

As our Reward Manager, you'll manage the UK & ROI reward operations, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant reward proposition to our employees. You'll partner with HR and business leaders to deliver fair, consistent, and market-aligned compensation strategies. From managing annual pay reviews and bonus processes to overseeing third-party providers and ensuring audit compliance, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute tothe annual compensation planning and managing pay review processes
• Conduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive reward positioning
• Act as the Group's subject matter expert on all things reward
• Manage third-party providers and ensure service excellence
• Deliver accurate payroll and reward data, reports, and insights
• Drive continuous improvement in reward systems and processes
• Ensure full legal and audit compliance across all jurisdictions

What Success Looks Like:

• Reward processes delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
• Positive feedback from employees and stakeholders
• Accurate and timely year-end reporting and reconciliations
• Effective use of HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong third-party performance and contract management

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing reward operations in a complex business
• Strong knowledge of HR, reward, and payroll best practices
• Experience with HR & Payroll systems
• Skilled in managing third-party relationships
• Strategic, proactive, and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• IPPM or CIPD qualified would be advantageous
