Reward and Benefits Manager

- £100,000 - £110,000 + 20% bonus + 10% employer pension contribution
- Central London (office-based, 5 days per week)
- Full-time or 4 days per week (pro rata)
Our client is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to join their global organisation in a key, standalone role.
You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of our reward and benefits offering, ensuring it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business objectives and employee expectations.
Working in a dynamic, international environment, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to develop reward frameworks that support performance, engagement, and long-term organisational capability.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full reward agenda, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reward strategies aligned with business priorities and organisational design
- Ensure compensation and benefits frameworks are competitive, equitable, and sustainable
- Support workforce planning through effective reward structures
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on reward strategy, pay benchmarking, and benefits optimisation
- Support organisational change initiatives through reward modelling and advisory
- Provide guidance and tools to managers to support effective communication of reward decisions
- Design reward frameworks that support talent retention, succession planning, and career progression
- Collaborate with Talent and Learning teams to align reward with performance and development outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external providers, and global HR colleagues
- Communicate reward programmes and updates clearly across the organisation
- Promote inclusive and transparent reward practices
- Use data and employee feedback to evolve benefits and support engagement and wellbeing
- Contribute to a high-performance, values-led culture
- Ensure reward and benefits programmes comply with relevant legislation, tax regulations, and governance standards
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness
- Work collaboratively with HR Operations to ensure efficient delivery of reward processes
- Manage compensation cycles and benefits administration using HR systems
- Analyse data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making
- Provide insight on market competitiveness, internal equity, and cost modelling
- Significant experience in reward and benefits within a complex, global organisation
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance cost and impact
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Sound knowledge of reward governance, compliance, and market benchmarking
- Experience with HRIS and reward systems
- Comfortable operating in a standalone, hands-on role
