RevOps Leader: Build AI-Visibility GTM Infra

Appear is building the infrastructure that helps brands get cited by AI. We're early, growing fast, and need someone to own HubSpot end-to-end and drive a data-driven RevOps program across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will design segmentation, lead routing, and scoring models, and build dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue performance. This role partners with GTM leadership and requires hands-on HubSpot expertise.
