Job Description

Senior CAD / BIM Technician - Structural Engineering

Location: Hemel Hempstead Full-time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior CAD / BIM Technician to join the Structural Engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable professional with strong AutoCAD and Revit experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality structural engineering projects. You'll work closely with Engineers, Architects, Contractors and the wider design team, taking projects from initial design through to detailed construction information.

The role will include:

Producing high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
Supporting the delivery and coordination of structural engineering projects
Liaising with clients, contractors and external design teams
Helping to develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards and procedures
Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to junior technicians
Contributing to continuous improvement and the introduction of new technologies
