As a Revenue Operations Partner, you'll transform sales and customer data, past, present and future into powerful, actionable insights that close pipeline gaps, sharpen forecast accuracy, and shape high-impact business decisions across all business units.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and BI to give the business a timely and accurate, data-driven view of revenue drivers, pipeline health, sales, deal progress, sales efficiency and performance trends for all sales verticals.
In this hands-on role, you won't just track revenue performance, you'll build forecasts, analyse input drivers and levers, build intuitive dashboards, uncover growth opportunities, uncover and analyze commercial trends and own consistent leadership reporting. Your output will influence how we scale, how we succeed and how we optimize revenue operations on a global stage.
This is a high-impact position, directly contributing to the company's growth and strategy.
What you'll be doing in the role- Performance & Insights: Drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) rhythm of business through consistent, regular executive-ready reporting. Design and maintain dashboards to analyze pipeline health, win rates, churn, and sales cycle efficiency. Translate this data into actionable insights that identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform critical leadership decision-making and ensure KPI achievement.
- Sales Operations: Lead the optimization of core revenue processes to ensure maximum accuracy, efficiency, and productivity, directly contributing to reduced sales cycle times. Lead the quota setting process and framework in partnership with Finance, managing compensation validation and driving sales efficiency metrics. Oversee operational optimization and enablement, ensure data integrity and documentation across the CRM and related systems
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance/FP&A, BI) on critical strategic initiatives. This includes driving financial planning, territory design, target account selection, and developing comprehensive GTM strategies for new segments and channel segmentation.
- Technology & operational efficiency: Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing opportunity areas that create efficiency and remove obstacles. Enhance the sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot) and drive effective adoption in collaboration with Enterprise Technology, leveraging AI and technology to streamline workflows and boost sales effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strong internal partner, developing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and revenue leaders across the company. Work closely with teams to ensure all sales and revenue data is accurately captured, tracked, and reported to align goals and execution.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, or a commercial role- with a strong understanding of key sales, marketing and customer success concepts and how they work in practice.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), data modelling and working with data reporting tools (Excel, Snowflake, SQL - Metabase).
- Ability to conceptualise business processes, identify and communicate pain points and creative recommendations to improve the
- Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in independently driving projects whilst navigating ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others effectively across teams.
