Bloomreach has best in class customer and product data, and as our Revenue Operations team continues to evolve we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support and propel us forward into a new age.

In this high impact position, you will be a strategic business partner for EMEA Sales leaders. You will collect and analyze data across functions to help optimize our business to key metrics. You will also execute our data and operations strategy, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on business initiatives, and yielding a cross pillar view of company performance.

What you'll do
  • Execute on data analysis, often across various and complex data sources, to support Bloomreach's Sales team.
  • Support Revenue Operations leaders on partnering with EMEA Sales leaders to ensure hitting their targets.
  • Support Revenue Operations team on execution and delivery of insights to senior leadership.
  • Maintain ongoing reporting and delivery to cross functional business partners.
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional program teams, ensuring execution of Revenue Operations projects.
  • Act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by surfacing unforeseen risks and prioritizing key opportunities to drive Bloomreach towards best in class ARR growth.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, sales insights, pipeline analysis, operations, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides & Salesforce CRM, Clari software.
  • Solid experience with B2B SaaS and business fundamentals; experience in martech is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management - proven track record working on multiple workstreams, while demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Natural problem solver and change driver; intellectually curious and critical thinker, able to anticipate challenges and changes before they happen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced technology driven company and skilled at applying structure to an unstructured environment.

Compensation

Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member's role, seniority, and location. Everyone gets to participate in the company's performance bonus.
