The Opportunity: We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the connective tissue between our commercial, operational, and technical functions. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy-helping us scale intelligently as we bring together software, marketing services, and financial data across multiple revenue streams. You'll report into the Head of Operations & Customer Success and work cross functionally to deliver clean, connected data and visibility across the customer journey.

This is a hands on role for someone who's as comfortable writing SQL queries as they are translating business goals into system design. You'll have genuine ownership, creative scope, and the chance to architect meaningful change across a growing, high impact organisation.

What you'll do:
  • Unify and simplify our data ecosystem: Audit and streamline how sales, marketing, and revenue data connect across our data sources (such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and Stripe) to create a single, trusted source of truth for Sales, CS, and Leadership.
  • Lead cross functional RevOps projects: Drive initiatives that make our commercial engine smarter and faster- from analysing market opportunity by region, improving lead and contact data quality, and supporting acquisitions, to automating reporting, contracting, and commission processes.
  • Build systems that create clarity: Replace spreadsheet heavy reporting with live dashboards, scalable automation, and clear KPIs that make good data habits the easy choice. Partner with Engineering to build sustainable data flows and reliable revenue visibility.
  • Redesign onboarding and client handover: Reimagine the sales to CS journey with modern tooling and data driven milestones that reflect how our clients actually operate - ensuring seamless go lives and clean handovers every time.
  • Empower teams across Beyonk Group: Help Sales, CS, and our Marketing Services team work more efficiently by standardising workflows, tracking capacity, and introducing the right tools and tech (including smart, practical AI use) to scale impact.
  • Champion operational excellence: Bridge technical and non technical teams, simplify complexity, and leave every process and dataset tidier, faster, and more connected than you found it.
Who you are:
  • A technical problem solver: You're fluent in systems thinking and data structure, equally at home deep in SQL or mapping workflows for non technical teams. You love bringing order to complexity.
  • Commercially minded: You see how data connects to revenue - from forecasting and pipeline health to client success and profitability - and you design processes that help teams grow faster and work smarter.
  • Analytical but pragmatic: You care about accuracy and data integrity, but you know when "done" is better than "perfect." You balance detail with pace and action.
  • A bridge between tech and people: You can translate messy systems into plain English, aligning technical and non technical stakeholders around solutions that scale.
  • Curious, creative, and proactive: You're always looking for better ways to do things-automating, simplifying, and improving how teams work together. You share what you learn and leave things cleaner than you found them.
Your experience:
  • Must be based in London, willing to work 2 days in our London Waterloo office.
  • There will be travel to the US 2 4 times a year.
  • 3-6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Operations, or a similarly analytical and systems oriented role in a SaaS or transactional environment-ideally with high volume, fast moving data.
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) at a structural, automation, and reporting level.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
  • Experience managing or improving data quality, system integrations, and automated workflows across multiple tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to unify and model data from multiple sources to serve different business use cases (leadership, sales, CS, product, etc.).
  • Exposure to commission structures, onboarding workflows, or contract automation in a revenue context is beneficial but not essential.
  • Bonus: Experience in a SaaS, ticketing, events, or experience based business model, where seasonality and transaction data shape revenue forecasting and in marketing services businesses.
