Equals is seeking an exceptional Revenue Operations Lead to own the engine room behind our revenue: data, forecasting and reporting that let one commercial team run on one trusted set of numbers.

Reporting to the SVP Commercial Strategy, GTM & Revenue Operations, you will be the custodian of the revenue numbers for both Sales and Finance, ensuring alignment and fast decision-making in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
