DescriptionThe Revenue Operations function is responsible for driving effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainable growth across CFC by aligning all revenue generating activities, processes, and resources for our global broker partnerships.
As Deputy to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a central role in optimising every stage of the sales funnel-enhancing performance, streamlining sales technology, and enabling data driven decision making.
You will also help evolve our Management Information strategy and unlock the full value of our new Broker Relationship Management platform (CRM).
About the roleThe Revenue Operations Lead will be responsible for strengthening CFC's ability to make informed, forward looking commercial decisions by improving reporting infrastructure, metrics, and analytical outputs. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver high quality data and MI that provide senior leaders with clear, actionable insight, strengthening commercial decision making.
- Act as a senior partner across underwriting, distribution, technology, marketing, finance, and compliance, representing the Head of Revenue Operations when needed.
- Lead the evolution of our CRM and broker intelligence capabilities, ensuring the platform aligns with broker needs, commercial priorities, and data opportunities.
- Optimise the sales funnel by implementing digital automation tools, refining processes, and driving measurable, efficient revenue workflows across all broker facing roles.
- Support broker strategy by using CRM insight and market intelligence to shape tiering, territory plans, value propositions, and budget allocation.
- Define and embed success metrics and performance frameworks that enable consistent, high quality commercial engagement.
You're an influential stakeholder partner with deep knowledge of the insurance market and broker dynamics. With strong analytical capability, you turn data into clear commercial insight and action.
Highly organised and detail driven, you excel at managing multiple priorities. As well as this you bring experience leading CRM initiatives and optimising the sales funnel, paired with clear communication, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
