Job Description

As part of an international project, we are looking to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team for our key client: SAP.


Responsibilities

  • Process Oversight: Overseeing key business processes, initially with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities;
  • Stakeholder Support: Providing operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and their managers;
  • Operational Excellence: Working with the Senior Business Partner to streamline, simplify, and standardize processes and systems;
  • Efficiency and Scalability: Improving efficiency and enabling scalable operations;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Enhancing transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making to contribute to revenue growth and profitability targets;
  • Transformation: Facilitating GTM transformation and continuous improvement.


Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred);
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst;
  • Strong business understanding and acumen;
  • Excellent Excel skills and expertise in MS Tools;
  • Skills in reporting tools (considered a plus);
  • Good English proficiency (other languages like French or Italian are a plus).
