Location: South Kensington, London - hybrid working available (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)

We're seeking a Revenue and Distribution Executive to join our Revenue Management team and support the delivery of the rooms revenue budget for a designated cluster of hotels. Reporting to the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will assist with daily inventory management, pricing strategies, room type availability, packages, and channel strategy to maximize RevPar. You will act as the key liaison between central revenue management and on-property teams.

This role is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career in Revenue Management and gain a solid foundation in its technical aspects.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in revenue management within hospitality or related travel industry is desirable.
  • Degree from Business School or Hotel Management School is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience managing group or transient reservations is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with forecast concepts/methodology and inventory control of constrained products (airline seats, hotel rooms, etc.).
  • Tenacious, passionate, and competitive.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.
  • Detail-oriented and technical, with a desire to understand the 'why' behind processes.
  • Process-driven, enjoys routine and structured environments.
  • Flexible and resilient under pressure.
  • Maintains integrity during challenging circumstances.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
