EVRi in Rugby is seeking a Hub Returns Operative (NRC) for PM Shift to support loading, sorting, and processing parcels. You will operate in a fast-paced depot, move pallets, and work with hand-held devices to scan items following SOPs.

The role offers full-time hours (40/wk) and overtime opportunities, with progression toward depot management or driver training. Candidates should have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
