Returns Operative

Our client based in Fairford are looking for a returns operative to join their team!

Returns Operative Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing and checking customer returns accurately
• Inspecting returned items and identifying any issues
• Recording information using internal systems
• Ensuring stock records are kept up to date
• Following company procedures and quality standards
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve return queries
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Returns Operative Ideal Candidate:

• Methodical and organised with a strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in returns, warehouse, stock control or administration would be beneficial
• Comfortable working with systems and updating records
• Able to work accurately to deadlines
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Returns Operative Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
• X2 15-minute paid breaks
• 45 minutes unpaid lunch break
