Are you good with computers, do you work accurately, and can you communicate clearly in either Dutch or English? For one of our clients, we are looking for a Returns Employee who will ensure that the entire returns process runs smoothly.

Functieomschrijving:
What will you do as a Returns Employee?

• Process all incoming return shipments in the system.
• Check products for condition, completeness, and correct return reasons.
• Make sure returned goods are placed in the correct warehouse locations.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues regarding missing items or unclear returns.
• Maintain administrative records neatly and accurately in the computer system.
• Work regular day shifts from 09:00 to 18:00.

What do you bring as a Returns Employee?

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear communication in Dutch or English.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, responsibly, and proactively.
• Enjoy both administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse work.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
