Retrofit Project Manager for Social Housing

Fortem is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead retrofit projects in the Yorkshire region for a social housing client. The role involves delivering multiple projects on time, within budget, and to the required specification, in partnership with The Guinness Partnership.

Essential qualifications include demonstrable construction project management, the ability to read programmes and schedules, and a valid CSCS card, with NVQ4 or HNC as desirable. A driving licence is required.
