Retrofit & Renewables Operations Lead

Futureproof Cumbria is seeking an Operations Manager for Retrofit & Renewables to lead a team delivering home retrofit and renewable energy services across Cumbria. You will oversee technical work, quality control, and contractor coordination for Home Retrofit Plans, retrofit assessments, airtightness testing, and heat pump support.

You will shape service development, work with partners to share best practices, and help households make informed decisions while supporting Cumbria's net-zero
