Retirement Housing Coordinator

BDS are seeking a dedicated and organised Retirement Housing Coordinator in Workington, Cumbria.This is a temporary ongoing role intially for 10 hours per week Monday - Wednesday with the possibility to increase.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and maintenance tasks related to sheltered housing residents, ensuring smooth communication with residents and stakeholders. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to liaise with residents.

• Managing resident records and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality
• Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, handling general enquires and providing information as needed
• Completing welfare checks on residents on a daily basis
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with residents to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Organising appointments and scheduling meetings for property management teams
• Completing health and safety checks of the building and logging any repairs that have been raised
