Job Description

TrendAI , part of Trend Micro, is the global AI security leader seeking a dynamic Retention Sales Manager fluent in English and Spanish.

This role focuses on managing our existing customer base and driving two critical outcomes: protecting Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and accelerating Vision One platform modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Value Management: Ensure customers derive maximum value from current solutions through proactive management and resolution of escalations.
  • Platform Value Realization: Engage consultatively to identify and activate under utilized Vision One modules, increasing platform stickiness and retention.
  • Strategic Platform Modernization: Lead modernization conversations, using deployment data and usage analytics to identify optimal migration opportunities and timing.
  • Gross Revenue Retention Vigilance: Monitor early warning indicators of churn risk, implement mitigation strategies, and achieve regional GRR targets through systematic planning.
  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Engage customers based on deployment data, addressing needs and pain points to retain and grow Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Quotation & Pipeline Management: Issue quotations timely, manage sales pipeline, and support sales processes for consistent revenue flow.
  • Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Produce accurate revenue plans and forecasts reflecting current market and customer status.
  • Channel Engagement: Collaborate with channel partners to scale retention efforts and expand customer reach.
  • KPI Reporting & Market Analysis: Report on key performance indicators and analyze market opportunities to inform retention strategies.
  • IT Skills & Migrations: Execute seamless transitions and integrations during migrations to Vision One, enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident in territory ownership, and empathetic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and forecasting abilities using CRM tools.
  • Experienced in sales, preferably within a channel environment in the software or technology industries.
  • College/university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Interest in Cyber Security.
