Retention Pricing Leader - Shape Growth & Value

RAC is seeking a Head of Retention Pricing to shape the strategic direction of pricing and value management for our 2.1 million members. You will influence executive decisions, lead key pricing programmes and ensure governance across the pricing function.

The role focuses on strategy over modelling, partnering with commercial, finance, marketing and compliance to translate pricing insights into clear business actions and sustained profitability.
