Matalan is seeking a Team Manager to be a role model in our store, driving sales and upholding our values. You'll inspire a high performing, energetic team and ensure exceptional customer service in every shift.

You'll coach and motivate colleagues, cover store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and implement seasonal layouts and VM guidelines. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced fashion and homeware environment, with opportunities for progression.
