Retail Team Leader: Inspire Teams, Elevate Service & Results

WHSmith is hiring a Team Leader to guide and inspire store colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving the trading plan in busy locations such as airports and transport hubs. You'll coach, develop and recognise teammates, ensuring a safe, compliant store environment while hitting daily KPIs and sales targets.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be flexible to cover shifts across the area, support colleagues with training, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performing
