Retail Team Leader: Inspire Service & Lead the Team

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a department on the shop floor in Bradford. You will lead by example, support colleagues, and ensure customers receive excellent service while managing stock and resolving issues on shift.

You will work closely with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and balance priorities across tasks. A flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
