Retail Team Leader for New Guernsey Store Opening

Home Bargains is opening a new store in Guernsey. We are seeking Team Leaders to help build a successful new team from day one, supporting the Store Management Team, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, help manage the opening phase, and have opportunities to progress into store management roles across our network. Training may require UK travel and overnight stays, with expenses covered.
