Retail Team Leader: Drive Sales & Customer Experience

Matalan is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in England to support the Store Manager in exceeding sales and profit targets and delivering KPI's. You will develop and lead a high performing team, drive a compelling VM proposition, and maximise stock availability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience every day.

You will work with the store management team to drive performance, coach for service excellence, analyse sales data, and ensure compliance and audit processes are in place.
