Retail Team Leader & Duty Manager - Customer-Focused

Booths Windermere invites applications for the role of Team Leader Trading / Duty Manager. The position is permanent, 36.75 hours per week, with a starting rate of £13.30 per hour and a duty manager allowance of £1.50 per hour on duty shifts. Aged 18+ and previous retail experience are required, with weekend work included.

As Team Leader you'll guide a store team, ensure daily completion of tasks, review records for safety and legality, and stand in as duty manager when senior staff are away.
