Retail Team Leader - Luton

The Role

Support both the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in the everyday running of the Trade Counter. Ensure day day tasks are completed and act as the buddy and escalation point for all Retail Sales Assistants, providing training and complaint handling. Maximise sales opportunities through ongoing training, high standards of merchandising and efficient stock control procedures.

Pay rate: £13.99 per hour.

Full time position working shifts between 6:45am and 8pm across 7 days a week.

Benefits include 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with length of service up to 33 days.
