Retail Team Leader - Flexible Shifts & Employee Perks

Booths is hiring a Team Leader (Process) at Parkhouse Lakeland, Milnthorpe. The role is full-time, permanent, 36.75 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 6:00am and finishing up to 10:30pm. We require flexible availability, including one late night and one weekend day per week, with notice given for shifts.

You will lead the Process Team, drive inventory management, and ensure accurate stock checks and date verification while fostering a customer-focused shopping experience.
