Retail Team Leader - Flexible Hours, Training & Growth

Superdrug in Malvern is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small team in a busy high street store. You will motivate staff, manage workflow, and ensure standout service and store standards throughout your shift.

The role is 16 hours a week with flexible Mon-Fri am/pm/evening shifts and weekend cover as needed. You will drive sales, help customers, and support the management team with day-to-day operations. Piercing services may be required (training provided).
