Retail Team Leader - Flexible 16h, Drive Sales & Service

Superdrug Stores in Tamworth is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team for 16 hours a week. You'll motivate colleagues, drive store targets, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced high street environment.

You'll support the management team with day-to-day operations, keep shelves stocked, and help reduce shrinkage and till errors. Training is provided, including piercing services if needed.
