Retail Team Leader - Elevate Store Ops & Service

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for Hexham in a part time, permanent role. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations across sections such as replenishment, checkouts, groceries, and fresh foods.

You will coach and motivate staff, adapt to different store formats including Asda Express, and use insights to meet targets while maintaining high standards and a welcoming environment for customers.
