Retail Team Leader - Elevate Service & Store Performance

Funky Pigeon is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our busy store in Edinburgh. You will lead shift teams, ensure high service standards, stock replenishment, and maintain store presentation.

You'll coach colleagues, drive sales, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a great customer experience across weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role offers varied shift patterns and development opportunities.
