Mountain Warehouse in Grasmere is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide a retail team toward top performance and exceptional customer service. You will coach, motivate, and develop colleagues while maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere that reflects the Mountain Warehouse brand.

You'll own daily shop floor operations, visual merchandising, stock presentation, and health and safety, driving sales KPIs and a welcoming experience for customers and the local community.
