Retail Team Leader - Drive Sales & Develop People

Iceland Foods Ltd. in Bishop Auckland is seeking a committed Team Leader to join our growing retail team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and help run shifts, delivering great customer service and a welcoming store environment.

You'll receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, and you'll focus on availability, coaching colleagues, and implementing our One Best Way service processes to drive sales and efficiency.
